Our modern lifestyle, pollution, high stress levels, poor diet, antibiotics, poor quality water, processed foods, agricultural chemicals and lack of rest are a few of the factors which are responsible for a wide range of common health conditions that are holding you back from looking and feeling your best. Are you feeling tired, bloated and stressed? Do you want to lose weight and have a wonderful sense of wellbeing? If you are not achieving your health and fitness goals, Holistic Lifestyle Coaching will educate, inspire and provide you with the tools to start living a clean and healthy lifestyle and finally begin to realise the body and health you have always wanted.

One Life Holistic Lifestyle Coaching is based on the belief that the body, mind and spirit work as a whole and that balance is the key to true and lasting health. I believe in improving health from the ground up and use Six Foundation of Health Principles to establish optimal health and peak vitality, these being:

  • Thoughts
  • Breath
  • Hydration
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Sleep/Rest

As your lifestyle coach, I will identify through a comprehensive health assessment and a series of face-to-face sessions, the roadblocks you are encountering that prevent you from experiencing a healthful life lived on your terms, and not dictated by preventable health conditions. Together, we examine practical solutions to these obstacles, and set a structured program towards finally achieving the lasting health, fitness and vitality you truly deserve.

What's Involved?

Our coaching relationship will begin with an initial face-to-face interview (or by telephone for interstate clients) and will then continue with weekly coaching sessions over a 12 week period. Each session lasts approximately one hour. Between our scheduled coaching sessions, I am available by email or phone for any coaching requirements you may have. During the initial personal interview, we will:

  • Discuss your responses on your completed Health, Exercise and Lifestyle Assessment form,
  • Outline how the 12 week program is structured,
  • Prioritise where you would like to focus our efforts, and
  • Define success and your desired outcomes.

Subsequent coaching sessions will focus on educating you on each of the Foundation of Health Principles, why they are relevant to you, and how you can integrate them into your life. Between sessions, you may have specific actions that you'll need to take to meet your goals. I will provide you with the necessary resources along the way to ensure that you achieve your objectives.
