Each session has a strength and conditioning base - you will experience marked improvements in endurance, stamina, strength, body composition and flexibility. Every exercise we do is scalable, making the sessions suitable for all ages and abilities.

The more sessions you do, the cheaper it is!

$20 per session for 1 per week or 4 per month ($80)

$17.50 per session for 2 per week or 8 per month ($140)

$15 per session for 3 per week or 12 per month ($180)

$12.50 per session for 4 or more per week or 16 or more per month ($200)

 

You can choose to train at any of the following sessions:

Monday 9:30 am

Tuesday 6:00pm

Wednesday 9:30am

Thursday 6:00pm

Friday 9:30am

Saturday 7:30am
