Group Dynamic! Summer 2012

If you want to be fit, lean, healthy and strong and take your fitness to new levels, come and join other like-minded fitness fans at One Life's Group Dynamic! training sessions.

Sessions run 6 days a week at the centrally located Uni Loop in North Adelaide. See below for further details.

Sessions run for 1 hour and are held on Mondays at 9:30am, Tuesdays at 6pm, Wednesdays at 9:30am, Thursdays at 6pm, Fridays at 9:30am, and Saturdays at 7:30am.

 

For maximum flexibility, you may choose to do 1, 2, 3, 4 or more sessions per week - the more you do the less you pay per session! 

$12.50 per session for 4 or more per week or 16 or more per month ($200)

$15 per session for 3 per week or 12 per month ($180)

$17.50 per session for 2 per week or 8 per month ($140)

$20 per session for 1 per week or 4 per month ($80)
