12 Week Summer Body Blitz

As a leading personal trainer, I have helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and experience the exhilaration of being fit, lean, healthy and strong. Now, let me help you to achieve the fit and healthy body you have always wanted.

Here's how it works..

We all start together on Monday 2nd August, meeting at my studio in Hackney at 7pm for registration and briefing, and optional weigh-in. Here you will receive your personalised folder which contains your:

  • Live Well easy, no-hunger nutrition plan
  • Live Well proven fat-blasting exercise programs
  • daily food planner and diary
  • daily workout planner and diary
  • weekly Living Well Stats table to log your progress
  • Live Well fit tips  

and other resources that will give you all the information you need to get started.

Then, to keep you motivated, educated and inspired, we will meet every Monday night at the studio from 7pm til 8pm for a health, fitness and weight-loss seminar, weekly goal and intention setting, and optional weigh-in. We will cover topics such as:

  • Walking or running for maximum fat loss?
  • How to kick the sugar habit for good
  • Why eating dough will make you look like dough
  • Alcohol and weight loss
  • Why strength training will keep you young

As we are in this together, you can email me at any time for extra coaching or inspiration - I am here to support and guide you as I want to see you succeed!

The complete program is also available online, where you will receive all the above resources in weekly emails. It's an easy and convenient way to participate for those of you who live interstate or can't make it into the studio.

I have kept the cost at $195 so that we have as many people as possible participate in this incredible program that will get you looking and feeling fantastic in only 12 weeks!

Programs are undertaken in 6 week blocks.

Sat 14/8 7:30 - 8:30am Bootcamp - prepare for your toughest challenge yet!

Henley Beach. Meet at the jetty.

Sat 21/8 7:30 - 8:30am Think you’ve mastered the stairs? Test yourself with various stair climbing drills. Cardio and bodyweight strength work.

Convention Centre Stairs. Meet opposite Next Generation Memorial Drive.

Sat 28/8 7:30 - 8:30am Strength and conditioning work using various euipment including kettle bells, BOSU balls and dyna-bands combined with fat-burning cardio work.

Uni Loop. Meet at Park 10, opposite 97 McKinnon Pde, North Adelaide

Sat 4/9 7:30 - 8:30am Boxing, hill running and more!

Montefiore Hill. Park on Pennington Tce, North Adelaide and meet at the entrance to Adelaide Oval below the Colonel Light Statue.

Sat 11/9 7:30 - 8:30am Abs and core, plyometrics and cadio drills.

Kensington Oval. Bus stop 14, The Parade, Kensington.

Sat 18/9 7:00 - 9:00am Race to the top of Mt. Lofty Summit followed by a well deserved healthy breakfast.

Meet at the top of Waterfall Gully Rd in the carpark.

 

After we complete Mt. Lofty on the final day please stay and enjoy a complimentary healthy breakfast of organic muesli, fruit, raw nuts, grainy bread, jams and juice in the carpark.
